This hotel had an amazing continental breakfast at Dunkin Donuts, a fantastic central location with a small shopping mall and market close by, and it was only about 0.5 km from the airport.

Ideal brand-new hotel with amazing and great breakfasts. Comfortable bed in king room with an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and television. Peaceful location, very nice area, not far from restaurants and a mall, downtown, Strawberry Bank or immediate area to the downtown business district and the coast, the outlet stores, rte 95 and rte 1.

I had a really nice stay, as always. the hotel is clean and fantastic, featuring high-quality staff. Breakfast offers a lot of food options, including coffee and cookies. the food is fabulous and the service is welcoming. I appreciated the complimentary gifts upon arrival, especially the coffee. the location is great, with easy access to downtown, the ocean, restaurants, a supermarket.

Having a pool with a hot tub was great for our family ! The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was but the best. We actually skipped going for breakfast after our first day there.

Modern, well-organised room complete with the large framed photographs, a sofa bed and shower. The restaurant food is great, and the breakfast offered is amazing with juice, toast, omlettes. They care about guests, offer great service and shuttle to-and-from the downtown area.

My favorite property in Portsmouth. Great food in the lobby, especially the nice breakfast at Dunkin Donuts. Awesome and phenomenal location in a nice area. Right by an airport runway and historic downtown. Parking was easy to find at the Hanover Garage and the Market Square.
